Preferential Exemptions:    All the SEZ licenses shall enjoy various exemptions e.g provisions of the Statistics Act.

Work Permits:    Licensed special economic zone enterprises, developers and operators shall be entitled to work permits of up to twenty (20) percent of their full-time employees

Onsite documentation and inspection:     All zones have a resident Customs office for quick on-site customs documentation and clearance

Dispute Resolution:     Any dispute between SEZ entity and the Authority or Government, shall be handled as per Part VII of the Special Economic Zones Act 2015

Foreign Exchange Controls:    No Exchange Controls

Ownership Security:    Protection of property against nationalization and expropriation, Protection of intellectual property
